I am Florencia, born and raised in the North of Mexico. At the age of 23, I moved to the Pacific Northwest leaving life as I knew it, with a small suitcase, searching for a better future.
I am on the journey of learning how to balance my creative practices and my corporate career as a first-generation university graduate and I want to share my learnings with the world.
I aspire to create a space that makes others feel like they are not alone in the journey to becoming a real adult in this crazy world and also document my thoughts and perspective here as a future diary to my older self.
What I love the most in life is sharing with others; sharing a meal, a trip, a nice recipe, or a walk at the beach. Sharing keeps me grounded and makes me feel like I belong to something bigger. I am always inspired by food, design, and fashion and the cool intersection of these topics. Daydreaming and mundane experiences inform my work as a writer.
